Wasted Day
I wasted a day
mostly on purpose
Avoided the deep
And sulked on the surface
I Spent the day on worry
I Spent it on fret
I Spent the day on poor me
Blew the change on regret
But I can surely recover
Right Now is forgiving
Today always waits for me
To resume mindful living
